STUDIO CEO · BEGINS MARCH 23 · LIMITED TO 5 FOUNDERS

You don't run a studio.

You lead one.

A 12-week live coaching program for established interior designers who are ready to stop giving themselves permission to stay small.

not a course. Not a conference. Not something you download and never open.

Limited to 5 places only

does this sound like you?

01

You've got a full project pipeline and you still checked your bank account this morning with your stomach in your knots.

02

You quoted that scope based on a gut feeling and have been freaking out about the cost ever since.

03

You're the designer, the account manager, the admin assistant, and the one who remembered to follow up the tile supplier … all before lunch.

04

You have no idea what other designers are charging and you're terrified you're either leaving thousands on the table or scaring clients off.

05

Your studio runs on your nervous system and you know that's not sustainable, you just don't know what to change first.

“You didn't leave employment to become the most overworked employee in your own studio. There is a better way.”

what we actually do, week by week.

Each week builds on the last.

Everything stacks.

WEEK 1  The Leadership Mirror

We hold up a mirror to exactly where you're at. Revenue vs margin. Billable hours vs admin hours. Where decisions stall. Where profit leaks. No fluff — just an honest look at the current state of affairs so we know what we're building on.

WEEK 2  The Boardroom Upgrade

This is where I bring the robot nerd energy. We implement AI across your studio — proposals, scope writing, client comms, workflow mapping. You receive 18 trained AI specialists built specifically for design studios, standalone value over $2,000. Most designers reclaim 10–15 hours a week here. You don't need to be techy. You just need someone to explain it properly.

WEEK 3  The Revenue Reset

Pricing week. We get really honest, and then we make changes. I've tripled someone's pricing in this week. I've also simply validated that someone was on track and mapped out a future increase strategy. It's very specific to you. But if you are undercharging — and most designers are in certain areas — this is where that stops.

WEEK 4  The Offer Edit

We strip back what you offer and make it exceptional. Just because you're qualified to do something doesn't mean it needs to be on your website. Tight offers call in better clients. Being capable isn't positioning.

WEEK 5  Authority in the Age of AI

We audit real designer websites — not yours, random examples — and look at what builds trust, what kills conversion, and what makes a studio invisible. Then I walk you through AEO and GEO: how to structure your site so AI search engines can actually find you. This is my wheelhouse. Most designers haven't had time to nerd out on this. You don't need to — I've done it for you.

WEEK 6  The Operational Backbone

SOPs. I know — it sounds dry. But I have AI tools that write them for you. You just edit and save. In a group of five, we divide 132 processes between us, everyone does their share in about 20 minutes, and then you all get the master library. Workflows built in minutes, not months.

WEEK 7  The Content Operating System

We make marketing feel good again. One core idea a week, distributed properly across whatever platforms you choose. I build an internal AI system that knows your voice and gets stronger every time you use it. This is the week that makes people fall back in love with showing up.

WEEK 8  Your Digital Lead Architecture

Instagram isn't a digital marketing strategy. We look at the full picture — what platforms you're actually on, what's working, what's wasting your energy, and where the real opportunity is. Lead magnets that people actually want. Email marketing that converts. A website built to capture, not just impress. Premium clients need depth, not dopamine.

WEEK 9  The Postcode Playbook

Your next big project is probably 10 to 20 minutes from your home. So that's where we focus. Strategic partnerships, local PR, high-value networking without the awkward energy. We build a proper local area marketing strategy so you become the obvious choice in the postcodes you actually want to work in.

WEEK 10  The Capacity Audit

We calculate your real billable hours versus where your time is actually going. Then we apply the CEO Filter: delete, automate, delegate, lead. Stop working below your pay grade. Protect your highest-value hours. Your calendar should reflect your ambition.

WEEK 11  The Leadership Shift

My favourite week. This is where we pull it all together. The systems are built, the marketing works, the pricing is right — now you step into it. You stop reacting. You start directing. You move like the founder you already are. Some women listen back to the first session here and can't believe how far they've come.

WEEK 12  The Long Game

The container ends. The standard doesn't. We map out what comes next, lock in your AI and systems, and make sure you're not going back to old patterns. Most cohorts keep meeting after it ends. The relationships formed here are some of the most commercially significant ones you'll make.

Lee

Founder

Building intelligent design studios through coaching and technology

i have coached thousands of designers through this exact process.

I've run my own design studio for nearly eight years. I know what it feels like to have multiple projects in the pipeline at once — sometimes fondly, sometimes wanting to pull my hair out. I know the late nights. I know the inbox that never empties. I know the revenue that looks great until you look at the margin.

I also come from a senior leadership background in corporate, which means I know the difference between someone who runs a business and someone who leads one. That gap is exactly what Studio CEO is built to close.

I've been a keynote speaker at The Design Show and Decor + Design. I started using AI in my studio in 2022 (earlier than almost anyone in this industry) and I ignored the opportunity to teach it for two or three years longer than I should have. I won't let you make the same mistake.

I'm in my mid-40s. I have three young boys And a very full calendar, I service my own design clients, so I fully understand your juggle. I will help you with non pretentious AI that is easier than you think. I will never, ever tech shame you.

$2100

That's what 12 hours of admin costs you every week. Katie didn't know it either until we looked.

studio CEO case study

Katie joined Studio CEO charging $175 an hour

And I remember pausing when I saw that. Because I already knew who she was. I'd seen her work in The Local Project. In The Design Files. Printed in Home Beautiful. She had the reputation, the portfolio, the credibility.

Still charging $175. Five years in.

It wasn't a talent problem. It was a commercial maturity problem. And she had no idea.

In Week Three (pricing week) we identified exactly where she was leaving money on the table, shifted her rate to $220, and implemented two strategies that completely changed how she presented her value to clients.

But that wasn't even the biggest shift.

When we audited her week, she was spending around 12 hours on admin. Emails. Proposal formatting. Scope revisions. Supplier follow-ups. Work that genuinely didn't need her brain.

Studio CEO

the maths

12 hours X $175 = $2,100 per week

Over $100,000 of billable capacity absorbed by admin. Every year.

We didn't hire anyone. We leveraged the tools and options already available to us. AI absorbed the repetitive work. Her calendar opened up.

Her pricing finally matched what she'd been delivering all along.

HIT “SEND” WITH CONFIDENCE

Your proposals, pricing and client communication are structured and clear. You stop second-guessing every email.

STOP WORKING BELOW YOUR PAY GRADE

You step out of admin and into leadership. Systems carry the repeatable work.

LEAD INSTEAD OF REACT

Your week runs on priorities, not panic. You make decisions from strategy, not stress.

Before you talk yourself out of growth, Read this first.

”I'm already flat out with client work."

Good! That means you have a studio worth optimising. This is designed to run alongside your client load. 90 minutes a week and about an hour of implementation. If your current workload can't accommodate that, we might also need to talk about Week 10.

Staying comfortable is expensive. Comfort has a cost..

lt's just not invoiced.

"I'm not techy and AI scares me."

This is genuinely my favourite objection. You are already using AI whether you realise it or not - it's in everything. My job is to make it make sense for a creative studio. I will never tech shame you. I make it palatable, practical, and immediately useful.

"I've done programs before and nothing changed."

This is coaching, not content. You don't go away and watch videos. You show up, we work through your actual business together, and you implement in real time. The course does itself along the way. What changes is the execution | because someone is in it with you.

"Is the investment worth it?”

Katie was sitting on over $100,000 of misallocated billable capacity. She didn't know it until we looked. The question isn't whether you can afford Studio CEO. It's whether you can afford another year operating like this, and this is the last time it will be available at this price.

You are allowed to stop doing everything yourself.

90 minutes a week. Live. Real work, real time. The course builds itself around your client load because if you can't do it while you're in it, what's the point.

Proposals in minutes, not days

Proposals are one of the biggest time-drains in a designer's week. Penelope ends that.

She's a custom-built AI tool that listens to your client consult transcript and writes your entire proposal for you | scope, deliverables, inclusions, and boundaries in seconds. In your voice. Ready to send.

Walk in from a consult, pour a coffee, and have a polished proposal in your client's inbox before school pickup.

Penelope is the tool my private clients use every single day — and she's yours, included inside Studio CEO with 17 of her friends.

"Rhiannon completely changed how I run my interior design business. Her custom bots saved me so much time and everything I send to clients now feels polished and professional. Working with her gave me structure, clarity, and a fresh excitement for my business."

With 18 years in the industry, I didn't expect to learn as much as I did. Rhiannon's guidance helped me view my business through a completely new lens — and gave me tools I'll carry for years to come. This has truly been one of the most valuable investments in my career.

"Joining Studio CEO was one of the best decisions I've made for my business. Rhiannon helped demystify AI and I now feel confident using it to support tasks that used to take me ages. Even after the course wrapped, our group kept meeting weekly — that community has become a valuable support network."

This is where studios increase revenue without increasing hours.

Five founders. Twelve weeks. Everything changes.

The next cohort starts March 23. This is the last time Studio CEO is available at this investment level — after this round the price increases significantly.

If you've read this far, you already know.
